When a new client tries to make a reservation, he actually can make the reservation but before it’s final he has to wait for your confirmation.

You will receive an email where you have the choice :

• You accept the new client en confirms the reservation. Your new client will receive a confirmation mail.
• You refuse the client and his or her reservation. The time in your agenda will be set free again.

A refused client can no longer make new reservations in your agenda!
