On iTunes™ you can buy software to synchronize your Google agenda with your iPad.

This means that you only have to manage one single agenda.
On top of that, your Google agenda is also a backup for you : when your iPad has a crash or you loose it … you will have all your reservation in Google agenda!

And vice versa : when the internet is unavailable for a while there is no problem : you can keep on working on your iPad. When the internet is available again, the agendas will be synchronized again.
